TREAM
The TAPA RBC Emerging Artists Mentorship Program (TREAM) is designed as a mutually beneficial exchange for both mentee and mentor and fosters the possibility of celebrating intergenerational collaboration. The program matches emerging theatre artists with recipients of the prestigious Silver Ticket Award. The Silver Ticket Award, inaugurated in 1980, is presented by TAPA to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the stage in the Toronto area.
TREAM will benefit the mentee by helping them to develop a profile in the competitive arts scene in Toronto and connect them to a broader network. Through the encouragement of the available Silver Ticket mentor, emerging artists will gain valuable insight into the next stage of their artistic journey, helping to discover their individual artistic voice and explore their artistic expression.

NEED LOGO
TREAM consists of:
3 paired mentor/mentee cycles,
3 months per cycle,
$3K honourarium per mentee
Codeveloped workplan based on approx. 20 hours total (6-7 hours per month)
Access to the B Street “Dora Mavor Moore Mentorship Studio”
Access to design personnel for consultation as needed via partnership with the Associated Designers of Canada
